On our farm we use a preventative approach regarding the health our goats. Daily overall observation, routine eye exam and regular hoof trimming for maintenance. Biannually we provide vitamins and we deworm the herd. Annually we vaccinate all our goats. We have a very healthy herd. Here are only a few of our goats frolicking in the early morning sunshine!
Duffin has become our primary buck on the farm. He has thrown some beautiful offspring. He was born May, 2017.

Our pride and joy out picking wild flowers! This is only 1/3 or our 15 grandchildren. They all live fairly close as well so we see them quite regularly. They love to help Poppa in the barn feeding the goats and the guinea fowl. Life doesn’t get much better than this!
This is Cara who loves to sit up on the Dolman we have in the yard. She has a very good view of everything that goes on around her. Its has been so dry here in our Nations Capital that a lot of our grass has died. We ration our water so our well won’t run dry.
